The Space I am In: Conjuring

In "The Space I Am In: Conjuring" print and media series, I think about black women in and out of urban areas. What is “erasure” and what is a “conjuring”–and how might those lines overlap? How attached can we be in these spaces? There is repetition in time that has brought us again to a place to (re)build. And what type of conjuring is used not just to survive but strive.  This work is in process of crossing mediums.  Print, Digital Media and Film Projection.  In experimentation with mediums this work time travels.
